Orders & acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Aurelius reserves the right to decline an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailable stock.
Pricing & payments
Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed via Paystack at checkout. Goods remain the property of Aurelius until full payment has been received.
Shipping & delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Aurelius is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs or force majeure events.
Returns
Unworn watches in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom engraved pieces are final sale.
Warranty
All Aurelius timepieces include a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised servicing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
